As a life time resident of Halifax-Dartmouth and with over 30 years experience in the Urban Development, Consulting and Housing Industry, I am able to offer to you the experience in municipal and provincial regulations, process and requirements, land development insights, land development process navigation. A people person with a desire to conduct personal and business matters in a professional manner. I have been a member or involved with a number of volunteer organizations over my career and continue to contribute time and resources in my local and regional community.
My professional interests have generally revolved around aspects of land and urban development. As a member of The Urban Development Institute, my involvement with local and provincial government committees has allowed me the opportunity to be part of the writing of various regulations and policies which affect land development, particularly, residential housing. My Professional background includes more than 30 years in the land development and housing industry as a regulator, designer, and consultant. In that time I have acquired an in-depth knowledge, not only for individual home values, but also for the areas and particular subdivisions that will ultimately produce the greatest return on investment. I continue to enroll in courses in professional development in order to remain current with trends and changes in our industry. Having been a manager for many years, I approach my work and client files in an organized manor, in order to provide comprehensive service to you, my client.

Being an undergraduate who studied in Engineering and Urban Planning, extensive background in land development and as a CENTURY 21® Real Estate professional, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible.
